About This Project
At this home in Reading, we supplied and fitted a Hormann LPU 42 sectional door in a clean White Silkgrain finish. The aim was to freshen up the front of the property and give the homeowner an easier, more reliable way to access their garage.
The door was fitted between the opening with matching 90mm white cover profiles for a neat, tidy look. We also installed a new white uPVC fascia, finishing the sides with 45mm white uPVC trim to seal everything in properly and give the entrance a smooth, uniform appearance.
To make day-to-day use much simpler, the door was paired with a Hormann Supramatic electric operator. This comes with two handsets and built-in Bluetooth, so the homeowner can open the door with either a remote or their phone.
The Result
The new door lifts the appearance of the property straight away. The White Silkgrain finish suits the home nicely and helps the garage feel brighter inside. With the automated operator, the customer now has a quieter, smoother and far more convenient setup that works perfectly for everyday use.
