About This Entrance Door Install
For this property, we installed a Hormann Thermo46 TPS 700B entrance door in White Aluminium, complete with an A1 curved frame. The curved frame works particularly well with this design, giving the doorway a softer, more contemporary look.
The door has three insulated glass panes. On the outside, the glass is laminated safety glass with a sand-blasted finish and seven clear stripes, which brings in light while still keeping privacy. On the inside, it’s finished with single-pane safety glass. A stainless-steel glazing frame and the HB38-2 handle finish off the design nicely and give the door a clean, modern feel.
To one side, we fitted a matching side element with clear glass, which helps brighten the entrance area without taking away from the overall style.
The Result
The new door completely freshened up the front of the house. The White Aluminium finish looks sharp and modern, and the curved frame adds a touch of character. With the clear side glass bringing more light into the hallway and the detailed glazing on the door itself, the whole entrance now feels brighter and more inviting.
